Our dispatcher picks up service calls for new and existing clients between the hours of 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Our office closes at 4 p.m., but our answering service will submit your after-hour emergency refrigeration service calls to our available on-duty techs, and we’ll get you back up and running in no time!

Pricing:
Our regular hours pricing is in effect from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday
$95.00 per hour
All other calls, including evenings, weekends and holidays, are overtime.
$142.50 per hour
Please note: We are a commercial refrigeration company and unable to provide service to homeowners or certain businesses, as well as to new customers who cannot pay COD.
